How do you guys make money if everything is Free?

We have several sponsor ads that pays well to keep the site running. Beside this, we have several volunteers who are contributing towards this site at no cost. This site will be Free for life.

How do I sign up on your site?

Step 1: Complete the on-line application. Once completed, reviewed, and approved you will receive a welcome email explaining how to activate your account.
Step 2: Activate your membership through the link in our welcome email. Once account activated, you will be taken to the profile page
Step 3: Select the categories of your interest.
Step 4: You can complete your work summary, upload resume and add your experience and education.
Step 5: You are all set. You can start applying for Work

What information does the Employer see to make hiring decisions?

The Employer will be able to view your photo, email address, primary phone number, your work summary, your resume and your experience. If you apply for a position, they will also be able to see your bid amount and your cover letter.

Can I change my bid Amount?

Yes. You can change your bid amount by signing into your dashboard and clicking on edit button in your "Work I am trying to Get" section.

Can the employer post reviews on my profile?

Currently we don’t have any review section but we are working hard to get this function in place soon.

Can I apply for positions that are not in my area?

Absolutely, you can apply for position where the location is mentioned as “Anywhere”. If the location is onsite, please make sure that you are in the same region or city as the Work is posted.

Do I get any notification if a Work is posted of my interest?

Yes, You get an email notifying you that a Work is posted in your skilled area.

How much am I paid?

Your pay rate will be based on whatever the amount is finalized between you and your employer.

How often am I paid?

This is again something that you need to work out with your potential employer.
